Why these lands

Botanical Sanctum is excellent because this deck most wants correct colours in turns 1–3.

Seachrome Coast provides the white–blue pairing for Vodalian Wave-Knight without costing life in the early turns.

Yavimaya Coast, Adarkar Wastes, and Brushland complete the colour coverage while always entering untapped.

The basic split leans green because early green matters most: Wildgrowth Walker costs 1G1G, and Collected Company costs 3G3G. Collected Company also benefits from keeping your mana base quick, since it wants you to hold up four mana at an opponent’s end step.

If you own suitable equivalents, any untapped green-white dual can replace the two Brushland, and an untapped blue-green or blue-white dual can replace pain lands. The core idea is to prioritize untapped lands and preserve at least roughly 16 green, 14 blue, and 10 white sources.
