I don't have some of the cards (yet), will get them soon. The idea is to have only 1 count of each dragon. And have spells to get more mana fast.
The goal is to get out Dragonspeaker Shaman as soon as possible (turn 2 or 3), then with the mana wramp put 2 dragons in play by turn 5. I still have to test it. This is just a concept deck. I probably will try to test it out.
Sarkhan is for the "lethal" blow. Since the damage cannot be prevented (unless you have some fog spells)

I also need to slim it to 60,
