If I were you, and I hadn't already bought all the cards for this, I would change this to a Black/Red/Green (Jund) deck. It'd be substantially cheaper, too. This deck doesn't seem to utilize much blue and white, and it will make the mana a lot easier to fix.
After taking out all the off-color dragons, the remaining choices you have are pretty solid. The only one I'd recommend pulling is Fledgling Dragon. Threshold is too unreliable.
So (not counting lands), that would be 7 cards taking out.
This deck is a pretty mana-intensive deck, so some mana-ramp to help things along would be good (more like necessary).
Excellent cards for this would be Coalition Relic, Cultivate, Kodama's Reach, and Gilded Lotus. Sol Ring costs some coin, but it would be superior to your Prismatic Lens if you want it.
Then we need your commander!
You already have Karrthus as an option. Other good choices include: Darigaaz, the Igniter
Also, you're pretty slim on cards that cost 3 mana or less. You could get punched a bit early-game. Take a look at these. Most offer more flexibility than just optional defense.
Btw, you know you can have multiple basic lands, right? You should use some. They don't come in tapped, and that matters.
In addition to swapping all the off-color lands (if you go Jund), I'd take out:
Polluted Mire
Reflecting Pool
Slippery Karst
Smoldering Crater
Tranquil Thicket
and Barren Moor
I now have about 20 tabs open ready to check out all the cards you mentioned XD I'll likely follow your advice and go Jund; so I'll be looking through those with the rest of your advice in mind, adding back up to 100. Much thanks :D
You're welcome!
I like a lot of the changes you made.
...So I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but you added a little too much of the new good stuff!
This deck can't run on 34 lands. You need at least 37, and that isn't negotiable. I'd actually run more for better efficiency - this is one mana intensive deck.
Sorry! I know cutting it down is tough. I'll leave that to you, though.
Speaking of lands, you still have a Clifftop Retreat in there.
And Cultivate and Kodama's Reach fetch basic lands. You should absolutely have at least 1 Forest and 2 Swamps so you can pull them.
You should also have at least 17 green sources so you can reliably have it with 3 mana (which is when you'd "need" it for your ramp spells). You actually have 15 already, if you count the Fungal Reaches, Vivid Crag, Prismatic Lens, and Darksteel Ingot, so you're almost there.
Oh, I know I mentioned Darigaaz as a possibility, but I have to ask: is he your Commander?
Why: if a commander deals 21 damage to an opponent over the course of the game, that opponent loses. And that's the key that makes him a good commander because he can do extra damage with his ability - particularly against lifegain control decks that like to have cards in hand. "I deal six and call blue. Oh, you have 5 in hand? That'll be 11 damage then. See you again next turn."
....but if you didn't plan him to be your commander, I'd say he's probably one of the worst (for cost) dragons in your deck. (If that helps the selection process at all!)
I didn't even think about it; I totally threw him in because 'ooh, dragon!'; but I think I will have him as sideboard commmander, if not commander.. Haven't fully decided on that as of yet, now with Jund commitment.
Yeah,, I decided to take a break from cuts to balance out land earlier, was getting tough.. I was aiming for 38, but 37 will do ;] I'll throw in 2 forests and a swamp, 2 if I can find an extra cut XD
So, I'm not exactly advocating this, because I actually like the token subtheme you have going on.
But if you want to streamline the deck, taking out the token/counter subthemes will open up a lot of room.
I can't surrender the tokens yet.. I may end up doing some of that, but I'll see what I can manage after a couple pass-throughs; going to cap land at 38 for now.
Not sure tbh lol.. Haven't ever played EDH so not sure how the Commander interacts; but I would probably go with.. Dragonmaster Outcast, Dragonspeaker Shaman, or Scourge of Valkas, or maybe Numot..
Scratch the first two, google says Commander needs to be Legendary XD
He'd have to make it either Karthus or Bladewing. He could run Karona, the False God to mask what he was doing. Or Child of Alara as a single use board reset.
Bituminous Blast
Maelstrom pulse
Diabolic revelation

You already have Karrthus as an option. Other good choices include:
Darigaaz, the Igniter
Kresh the Bloodbraided
Sek'Kuar, Deathkeeper (this guy goes well with your token sub-theme)
and Adun Oakenshield
Up to you!
Cards to consider:
Gruul War Chant
Lurking Predators
Hoarding Dragon
Steel Hellkite
Warstorm Surge
Go for the Throat
Kokusho, the Evening Star
Also, you're pretty slim on cards that cost 3 mana or less. You could get punched a bit early-game. Take a look at these. Most offer more flexibility than just optional defense.
Aether Membrane
Grinning Ignus
Magus of the Moon
Pyreheart Wolf
Radha, Heir to Keld
Rage Nimbus
Rakdos Guildmage
Soulbright Flamekin
Sprouting Thrinax
Thunderscape Battlemage
Wall of Razors
Wall of the Tanglecord
Zhur-Taa Druid
In addition to swapping all the off-color lands (if you go Jund), I'd take out:
Polluted Mire
Reflecting Pool
Slippery Karst
Smoldering Crater
Tranquil Thicket

I'd consider putting in:
Command Tower
Vivid Crag
Fungal Reaches
Mosswort Bridge
Golgari Rot Farm
and some basic lands!!
I like a lot of the changes you made.

Out:
Thopter Assembly
Preyseizer Dragon
Contagion Clasp
Druidic Satchel
Darksteel Reactor
Trading Post
Contagion Engine
Darksteel Forge
Parallel Lives
Splinter Twin
You'd have room to run 40 lands, which is what this deck wants, and also room for another cool dragon or cards like Darigaaz's Charm, Violent Ultimatum, and Golgari Charm. Or a boardwipe Blasphemous Act. And equipment Lightning Greaves and Darksteel Plate.
But I like the token sub-theme. I'm not saying you should, just that if you're having trouble cutting it down to size, there are options.
