Infinite Combo:
Training Ground + Oboro Breeze Caller + Patron of the Moon + Amulet of Vigor = Infinite Mana

I see a lot of other good combos but nothing else I can immediately ping as infinite.

Soft Lock:
Soratami Savant + Patron of the Moon (Amulet of Vigor and Training Grounds make this more intense) = No Spells for you!
Soratami Mirror Mage + Patron of the Moon = No Targetable creatures for you!
Flooded Shoreline + Patron of the Moon = No Targetable creatures for you!
