I don't think I like the Wichbane Orb. If you are going for a quick win, you can realy worry about enemy enchantments. The really good ones are 5 or 6 mana. You should win by that point.

Imma make a few comments it you don't mind :3
1) You don't need Flooded Strand. You can play almost all of your card with the land in your starting hand. Try some Azorius Keyrunes. They can be tapped for mana and help beef up Master of Etherium. To top it off you can turn them in to 2/2 flying artifact creatures.
2) If you are still worried about mana issues, try some Azorious Guildgates or Hallowed Fountains. You could even try the Azorious Cluestone.
3) You have no removal. What happens if a creature gets put onto the field that you can't deal with. You die. You do have Ratchet Bombs but they are to slow. Try Dispatch. Normally it only taps a creature but if you control 3 or more artifacts (not a problem), the creature is exiled instead. Dispense Justice is also worth looking at since it can deal with indestructable creatures and also has a metalcraft bonus.
4) Take out Pristine Talisman and put in Azorius Keyrune. They are better in nearly every way.
5) I like all of your creatures except for Ranger of Eos. I can see why he is so tempting but I really don't think he will be very useful. With so many 0 and 1 cost creatures, adding a few more to the field wont make that big of a difference. Try some creatures with some more gusto like Etched Champion, Rusted Relic, Myr Enforcer, Solemn Simulacrum, and Darksteel Colossus.
6) These are just a few other cards for you to look at. Seat of the Synod, Ancient Den, Voltaic Key + Phyrexian Colossus, Howling Mine + Black Vise, Skullclamp, Jayemdae Tomb, Tinker, Alloy Myr, Darksteel Myr, Gold Myr, Hovermyr, Loadstone Myr, Myr Incubator, Myr Propagator, Myr Retriever, Myrsmith, Palladium Myr, Sarcomite Myr, and Silver Myr.
