Current issues:

1) Need more creatures.

1a) Aggro will be the decks biggest weakness.

1b) May not be enough creatures in play to cast Dread Return

2) May need higher proportion of "each player draw" spells. Could be irrelevant depending on how long notion thief lasts.

3) Entire mechanic concerning the graveyard needs to be tuned.

3a) Weakness to removal and board wipe in general.

4) Mana curve/Land needs to be worked out and finalized.

5) Not sure if Teferi's Puzzle Box makes me too much of a dick. Sire of Insanity is a suitable replacement, as it prevents counters and other instant speed casts on your turn, and is a 6/4 body. However, without a more compelling argument for red, Box is superior in most ways. On the other hand, Box can lead to the loss if a Maniac is uncertain.
