fuck, wear and tear is a beast

Made some quick changes.
Still on the fence about spark trooper because I really like that card, but to cast it and oblivion ring it is 7 mana.
Unless I used journey to nowhere. But that's still 6.

Most of it was me just throwing together cards to get up to 60. The wear/tear idea is great, and maybe I could trade some journeys to nowhere for some wall of omens or other cards?
Was thinking about putting lightning bolts/something in there at first just for some kind of defense, but I'm not sure.
Land tax is a great idea, but I am poor. 

it's also red and white and can be a perfect opportunity to use wear // tear. 

I don't think it will be that slow. You could use Wall of Omesn instead of Spark Trooper.  That would provide some cheap defense and get another card in your hand.

Generally like the idea. Here is my constructive critisism.
slow slow slow. assuming this deck is for the mages gatherings  you could be hit and crippled early and bad.
STP or PTE is quick short great removal. if you don't have those you probably even need gossamer chains. the deck looks open for attack the entire time unless you chump with a myr or use an o-ring
probably don't need 4 aurelia's.
land tax would be quicker mana ramp.
i like it because it uses 'silence' and it says, "hey, got something to say? well go for it, otherwise go sit over there and lose the game"
