Your opponent loves the cards in their hand... so what!

1. Attack your opponent's hand using your 1 and 2 drop sorceries in Thoughtseize , Duress and Rakdos's Return until they have no hand. 

2. Bring in Shrieking Affliction when they have 1 or less cards in hand to really pour on the hurt, and set in the control.

3. Kill the creatures they manage to sneak out with those 13+ removal spells. 

4.  Discard your unneeded cards to Pack Rat and attack along with Mutavault (counts as a rat :-)) for the win.

At an average Coverted Mana Cost of ~ 2 this deck plays fast 'n dirty.  My favorite personal homebrew yet! Feels so good to place TOP8 every week with a deck that makes opponents read what Shrieking Affliction does, and shocked to see 4x Duress mainboard
