Notes

This deck has no win condition. The best you can hope for is that your opponent concedes or simply draws a card and discards a card until they self-mill.

The state you're trying to get to with this deck is two isochron sceptors on the field, one with a metamorphose and one with a memory lapse with a card you can cast in your hand (boomerang, for example).

On your turn, you cast your spell and memory lapse it. This keeps a card on the top of your deck to keep you from losing to decking yourself.

On your opponent's turn, you want to use metamorphose as much as you can to keep anything they put into play on top of their deck. They play a land metamorphose it to the top of their deck. They drop a creature in response, and metamorphose that to the top of their deck.

Eventually, you'll wind up in a state where they have one card in hand, or more by choice, because they see where this is headed. If they play the card, you put it back on top of their deck.

The game doesn't draw because each of you CAN choose a different action to break any sort of loop that could develop. But your actions don't allow the game to develop in any sort of meaningful way.
