Notes
 
The idea is to self-mill to build up Nighthowler and reduce cost of Nemesis of Mortals.  Pharika's Mender and Nyx Weaver can bring stuff back from the graveyard if necessary.  King Macar intended to act as "removal".

    First iteration lost to a Daring Thief (stole nighthowler which kept growing); then lost to a Bearer of the Heavens+Rescue from the Underworld combo.  Second iteration added "exile" cards in the form of King Macar enabled by Mortal's Resolve; that lost to a Red/White Phalanx Leader deck.
