Beat Travis in two games
Game 1: Travis got me with two Mind Rots early, getting some good cards out of my hand. I was able to blow out his Necrobite on his Sungrace Pegasus with Heat Ray. This stabilized the board and I was able to cast Genesis Hydra for four and put down Shaman of Spring, then cast Invasive Species returning my Genesis Hydra and replaying it for five.
Game 2: He again got me early with Mind Rot. His board developed too slowly and I was able to get out Genesis Hydra, Nightfire Giant, and Scuttling Doom Engine.
Beat Jonathan in two games
Game 1:
Game 2: Should have lost, but he made some bad plays that I was able to capitalize on. Didn't draw a fifth land until turn 12 and was then able to drop all of my big bombs.
Beat Kevin M. in three games
Game 1: Beat him with Kalonian Twingrove.
Game 2: Beat by a quick Ornithopter plus Ensoul Artifact.
Game 3: Beat him by keeping the board stabilized with Netcaster Spider and other small creatures until I cast Kalonian Twingrove and Scuttling Doom Engine.
