why bird of paradise and not just llanowar elves? you're just going to make green mana anyway and now you can attack with them if necessary. but then again those two birds are your only air defense so idk.
No real reason. I've even considered replacing them with other large creatures. If I can get any of my caged suns out mana is a non-issue and two birds aren't going to have much impact.
