Notes
 
I like the idea of treating Abzan Falconer as a sort of lord at the top end of an aggressive deck with lots of +1/+1 counters. In this deck, it acts almost like Mogis's Marauder, but it's much better than the Marauder in that it grants evasion indefinitely and it is larger, with the potential to become much larger if the game goes late (god forbid).

I also like that the falconer profitably blocks Mantis Rider the turn after it comes down.

Fabled Hero might be unnecessary, and it may be better to swap it out for more early guys.

This deck might be interested in some number of the following:

Ordeal of Heliod
Stoke the Flames
Phalanx Leader (though I prefer the War-Name Aspirant here, as we aren't loading up on creatures or generating a ton of tokens, and we'll likely be using our enablers on our 1-drops. He just isn't aggressive enough).
Obelisk of Urd (perhaps as a transformational sideboard plan? We've got a lot of soldiers).
