Notes
 
The main goal of this deck is to lock down your opponent as early as possible. When your opponent is locked down you can take your time to play Jace, the Mind Sculptor and go for the win.


The lock:
Ral Zarek + Stasis. Ral Zarek fills an important role as he lets you untap a land every turn so you can pay for Stasis upkeep cost, while also tapping down your opponents lands.
