FYI an opening draw of Forest, Mountain, Forest/Mountain, Elvish Mystic, Goblin Rabblemaster, and Shaman of the Great Hunt, + any other card = Turn 4 kill if unopposed.  1 damage turn 2, 12 damage turn 3 and pump your guys, 16 more damage on Turn 4 so even if they have an answer for something by then it probably won't be enough.

Before Fate Reforged there was an additional Lightning Strike and Boon Satyr which got replaced by Shaman of the Great Hunt.  

Also, I haven't battled that much against the different Ugin control decks but I think in general you just have to find a way to kill them or put them in range of Crater's Claws before they cast Ugin, then when they tap out for Ugin they can't counter the kill spell.  I think control will be the toughest matchup.

Polukranos might not be as good as something else because it gets hit by Valorous Stance but I can't think of something awesome to replace it.  Also your sideboard only has 13 cards, you should have 2 Barrage of Boulders in there as well.
