Notes
This is a more controlling, more grindy version of Stoneblade. Unlike the more traditional True-Name Nemesis lists, this deck is able to respond to disruption with more resilience and generally great at using Cabal Therapy. It's not clear if this is actually a better deck, however.
Interesting interactions:
- Baleful Strix+Cabal Therapy+Academy Ruins
- Monastery Mentor+Zealous Persection
- Dig Through Time+a zillion cantrips
- Postboard, Enlightened Tutor+the many, many one-ofs
Possible changes:
- Add a land to the maindeck (probably one Marsh Flats)
- Jam Gitaxian Probes in
- Cut the artifact subtheme
- Go for a higher velocity game in general with more Dig Through Times
- 4 Stoneforge/3 Mentor/2 Snapcaster creature package (better with a decrease in artifacts)
