I always ship with tracking in a bubble mailer.

Because I have thousands of cards listed, some of them do not have their condition marked correctly. If a card is not NM I will let you know before I ship, and do not be afraid to ask for pictures of card conditions. I'm happy to take pictures for you.

If you're dissatisfied with the conditions of the cards you received, do let me know and we can work out either a send back or some form of compensation.

Note: My one negative review was given out of spite after my trade partner traded away the cards I sent before I had received his cards. When I received them, I was dissatisfied with the condition of one of the cards ($33) listed as LP (http://imgur.com/a/8ZQmg [2 pics]) and asked him to return my cards or compensate me for the difference in value. I gave him a negative review when he would not, and he returned the favor by afterward claiming a Bloodbraid Elf ($2.50) was SP/LP rather than NM as it was listed without asking for compensation for it. Site support staff (which seems to consist of one person) was unresponsive and entirely unhelpful. refusing to remove the negative feedback score despite my not having broken any rule.
