Will trade cards:

User Bio
So a few quick notes-
**7/9/15-Unfortunately, due to getting ripped off a few times recently (once for nearly $180 worth of cards), I can no longer be nice and send cards without receiving first to everybody.  If you have less than 20 feedback, any negative feedback or open disputes, I will require that you send first.  No exceptions, no excuses.  If you don't want to send first then we just won't trade, it's that simple and while it sounds harsh, each time I've gotten burned, the person had some great sounding excuse or reason for simulsending.  I even had one guy send me an empty envelope that had tracking on it :/.  That being said, most of the people I've traded with on here are awesome, but those few bad eggs have made it necessary that I take steps to protect myself and my collection of cards.**

1.Please be reasonable with trade offers, if you want a $20 card, offer something close in value, not 20 $1 cards.
2. I am not a huge stickler for condition, to me near mint means that from a distance of approximately a foot, the card looks perfect, up close it may have a print or a barely noticeable scratch.  Mint is absolutely flawless, like the card may as well have just come off the factory line. Lightly played means some edge wearing or a few light scratches or nicks.  That being said, I list all my cards as being near mint, some have been played with (sleeved, double sleeved for money cards) but none have any large nicks, tears, bends, etc.  I always take very good care of my cards.  I inspect all cards before trading them to someone else, so if you propose a trade and I come back and say "actually this card isn't near mint, it's probably slightly played"  I'm not trying to bait and switch or anything, I just have a lot of cards in my binders and don't give them a thorough inspection until trade time, but looking at them in the binder sleeves, all of them appear to be near mint to me.  Also- I am not a professional grader, if you have a certain guide that you use for grading I can try to use it if you link me to it, but again, I play magic for fun (not profit or grading) and have for over 15 years, so please don't be a dick if something I say is lightly played is actually played, I am more than willing to send an additional uncommon or something to make up for value, but this is the first time I have ever "graded" cards for the benefit of others.  If you are truly concerned about a card's condition I can get scans to you.
Additionally I must add- Some cards will be listed that since have been traded IRL.  I work two jobs and don't have all day to sit around on this site updating, so if I come back and say I no longer have something, find something else, or just cancel the trade- I'm not trying to trick or deceive anyone, I just don't have a ton of time to update my trade list here after every single IRL transaction that happens.
3.  I am fine using the values on this site, I find it close enough to TCG Mid that any slight variations don't bother me.  If you want to use another valuation besides this site, I ask that you do the calculations and send me links so that I may verify it.
4.  Please, if you are a d-bag- move along.  I play magic to have fun!  I am trading to get cards that generally I will be using to play with in some capacity or another, so if you're a real jerk about trades being 1 cent off, or are really highstrung about this process, probably best to move along.  While I am still punctual and responsible, I let most things roll off my shoulder and am generally relaxed and therefore don't want to leave town for a day or something and come back to a million messages from someone hassling me.
5- If you're a player local to ATX, let's play sometime!
6. Trades <$20 will be sent in a top loader and envelope.  Trades >$20 in a bubble wrap envelop with tracking.  Trades >$50 with insurance.
7.  If you are at all unhappy with the condition, packaging, etc. of cards, PLEASE talk to me before leaving negative feedback.  I would much rather do something extra to make everyone happy, rather than have both of us be unhappy (you with the cards, me with the neg. feedback).
8.  Though they may or may not be in my wishlist at any given time I am ALWAYS willing to trade for:
Shock Lands
Fetch Lands
Man Lands
Birds of Paradise (any edition)
Lightning bolt

Right now I need:
to finish my modern decks, cards I am missing from those are highest priority for me right now.

9. Don't be a dick, this is a recent dick move someone pulled IMO: Recently Someone asked for a certain card in a trade, I let them know that I could not find it, as I must have traded it IRL and asked if there was anything else they would like, they could have canceled if not, they chose a card worth MORE value than the original, I assented, and then in the feedback they accused me of "listing a card I do not own" and said they "only got 2 cards out of 4 that I wanted".  Then they could have brought these "issues" up with me, instead they left rude feedback before giving me any chance to make up for any perceived deficiencies in my trading.  Super Dickish.

Thanks and let's trade!
