I'm loving getting back into MTG!
I've been pulling cards again since AFR this time. I am mostly getting rid of my bulk and focusing on building decks for EDH and a few spare modern/pauper/pioneer decks to teach and play with my kids.
PWE for under $30, typically double sleeved and in a top loader, via First Class USPS mail;
$30 - $50, same as above but I'll add tracking;
$50+ I use USPS Priority Mail small box which includes tracking and I'll add equivalent insurance to total value.
