All my cards are M/NM unless noted otherwise in my tradelist. Will ship out promptly most of the time unless i'm busy. I always ship out with my cards encased in sleeves, put into a toploader and sleeved again for protection.
Willing to negotiate on trades and paypal is always an option. 

On trades under $30, i'll put the cards in a regular envelope and use regular shipping.
On trades over $30, I'll get priority 2-3 day shipping and insurance.
