get this to a decent state (add inquisitions, etc, whatever), then pop this down to the built decks section and move the other versions to priority 2 or 3

when you finish the move to the budget version (get languishes, build sideboard, etc) maybe hang on to the hymns.  You won't be taking this to tourneys, after all, and it does a little to compensate for the lack of liliana and thoughtseize
