For the second pass, I'm trying to remove creatures that I initially put in for their abilities when they die.  I'm going to try focusing on saprolings as the only things I want to sacrifice.  The first pass junk is probably never coming back, but the second pass stuff might, so let's be aggressive in cutting stuff now!  I am also trying to cut inferior versions of similar cards - e.g. cut deathgreeter because blood artist is better.  I may bring back deathgreeter if I need more like that, but let's focus on the creme de la creme for now.
Also, let's try to narrow to theme - Eternal Witness is great, but is a great choice for this deck?
Also trying to reduce one-shots in favor of reusables.
Let's also try to cut stuff that costs more than $5 if you don't have it.
