Added some cards from March Of the Damned. Added Contested Stronghold for greater resource draw.

Removed some surplus copies of units. Removed High Elf Spearmen. Removed Glittering Tower support (and the whole healing/sniping combo it provides).

Added From Beneath the Waves for more indirect damage. Even more tactics-focused deck.

The biggest problem with playing this deck is the openning; there are relatively few cards which provide a good start.
There are 19 "viable" cards for openning, and here I'm also counting the Boar Attack and From Beneath The Waves tactics as somewhat-viable first-turn plays. Establishing a good draw is even more important here.
You are likely to require a mulligan, and depend on it.
