Consider - Brago's legacy:
Whirler Rogue - I don't have any specific creatures that need to connect in this deck (besides Brago himself), so it's probably not worth the include
Lavinia of the Tenth - Great for locking down mana rocks and tokens, but it does nothing against the big beaters, and is probably not worth it when I can't necessarily blink it every turn. It can lock down a Disk, O-Stone or similar, though

Skyshroud Forest - Tapped pain land, good for Eldrazi Displacer

Sun Titan - A lot of my stuff can't be returned by this
Coiling Oracle - Difficult mana cost to cast on turn 2, and not impressive late game (never really want to blink this with Roon)
Wall of Omens - Only draws a single card, but has a big butt early
Sunblast Angel - I have so many creatures that this is a bit risky
Scholar of the Ages - 7 mana is a lot, but this can be blinked using a "one-shot" blinker to get back something else without losing that card
Strionic Resonator - Goes infinite with Brago and Sol Ring/Peregrine Drake, but other triggers might not be worth the mana to copy
? Venser, Shaper Savant - Remand or permanent-removal, "wins" the game with infinite mana (Displacer + Drake) and infinite blinks (Archaeomancer/Scholar + Ghostly/Displace)
? Cultivate - Ramp, but not blink-based
? Mystic Snake - It works with the flicker instants, but not with Roon

Evolving Wilds - Can get Wastes or fix my mana if I am missing a color, but the ETBT aspect is meh
Ghost Quarter - Tapping for colorless for Eldrazi Displacer is nice, but could be a liability otherwise. Maybe Acidic Slime/Terastodon are enough for land destruction?

Fierce Empath - Cutting down on the mana curve makes this much worse
Call for Unity - Can make any of my creatures into a lethal threat, but costs 5 mana to get started and can only grow once per turn
Kiora, Behemoth Beckoner - Untaps with some card draw
Djeru's Resolve - Untap Roon or protect something from damage
Knight of the White Orchid, Kor Cartographer - Better used in a non-green deck, although it's nice that they can fix mana by getting duals
Elvish Rejuvenator - Not guaranteed to hit anything
Stalking Leonin - Decent as a rattlesnake, but doesn't stop wide attacks at all, and we don't want to waste a blink on this
Wild Wanderer, Ondu Giant - Too expensive for one basic land? Giant can be returned by Reveillark, which is nice
? Crab Umbra - 3 mana is way too much for an untap, and with the amount of ramp I have, recasting Roon if they want to use spot removal on him is probably not a huge deal
? Pemmin's Aura - Do I really need to set myself up for a 2-for-1 with this only to be able to use Roon twice in a turn? Since Roon slow-blinks, I can't go infinite with this
Felidar Guardian - I don't have planeswalkers to reset
Nevermaker - Never does anything until it is blinked out
? Azor, the Lawbringer - 6 mana is a lot, and I probably won't want to spend 4+ mana to Sphinx's Rev during my combat. Being able to blink him to stop someone from going off during their turn is probably the most important aspect, but I have to do it before their turn, so this is really only great as a lock piece when I blink it every turn
Venser, the Sojourner - The ultimate is amazing, but flickering one thing per turn and having to protect it for a bunch of turns is not a great proposition
Angel of Condemnation - Another Roon with an O-ring/Angel of Serenity option on exert. However, the abilities are quite expensive
? Angel of Serenity - Costs a lot of mana, and will usually only be used to return stuff from my graveyard to my hand (to then spend even more mana on redeploying). However, the O-Ring mode might make it worth it
? Lumbering Battlement - Can be used as a way to blink multiple things for a bigger payoff, but I lose the option of granularity and this effect might not be worth 5 mana. It also doesn't have evasion to make use of the big stats
? Illusionist's Bracers - Only targets are Roon, Displacer, Witch and Kiora's Follower, so this is basically a blink doubler. Is that worth the slot and mana?
Sea Gate Oracle - Slightly better than Wall of Omens for draw, but also 50 % more expensive. I don't really need the selection enough to warrant the cost increase
Blighted Woodland - I will probably have enough ramp from my dudes that I don't need to sink 5 mana into this colorless land
Cloudcrest Lake - Can only be used for colored mana every 2 turns
Cloudshift - I had too many blink instants and this is the worst one
? Leyline of Anticipation - Do I really need flash?
Solemn Simulacrum - More needed in non-green decks
Sword of Hearth and Home - Blinks and ramps, but maybe I have enough of that that I don't want to cut a creature for it?
Reveillark - Doesn't do anything until it leaves, and can't combo with Karmic Guide without a sac outlet or unless I'm already going infinite with blinks
Skyclave Apparition - Needed in Hofri, and avoiding the WW is nice
