Return of the Wildspeaker => Keeper of Fables. Upping creature density, and providing redundancy for the commander.

Sandwum Convergence might not end up being super fun to play against (Also, it might be a little slow as a wincon), so an option to cut it would be to replace it with Zendikar Resurgent, and swapping Marsh Boa for Elvish Skysweeper.
