This is all about Order forces undertaking quest and noble deeds.

I‘d start with Heroic Task and New Trade Routes attached. Once the kingdom/quest zone is boosted, I‘d try to bring more quests into play, with units empowered by hospital caves. Avelorn Sojourner and Dwarf Adventurers should help slow down the opponent and dampen his efforts.

The whole deck is a bit defensive heavy..Maybe it‘d need some kind of game changer since the quests themselves are not bad, but not necessarily a killer condition to win.
