Notes

sb 4x leyline of the void?

goldfish cephalid coliseum vs. careful study - result: avg t4, but really missing sphinx of lost truths.  move 1x iona to sb, replacing simicss, -1 golgari thug, +2 sphinx.  or keep thug, -1 tireless tribe?  or -1 gemstone mine?

the singleton iona's a dread return target, i'd never be able to hardcast her. in theory a turn 2/3 iona shuts down most decks, especially if you know what color their removal is in. wild mongrel is interesting.  this is my first build with cephalid coliseum, so i'm accustomed to only playing one land for the entirety of the game.  having access to more mana might open up other possibilities.  tribe is cool though cause it blocks all day long without sending opp's creatures to the yard (which would cost me my bridges).  btw, thanks for reading and commenting.

I hadn't considered you wanted to keep your opponents stuff from dying with the tribe.. that actually is quote ingenious use.... Makes me wonder if you could somehow set up a bridge, regen your opponents creatures deck.. lol.

i've seen leyline of the void as tech to keep opp's creatures from going to the graveyard and blowing up bridges, usually sb against goblins or vamps with easy/early creature sac outlets.  wheel of sun and moon would work too but again, I'm not used to having >1mana to work with:)

leyline of the void is also nuts for the mirror match

Personally I would drop the heavy white Iona.. swap the tireless tribe for the Wild Mongrel... I'd play something that just WINS with you return it... Iona is ok... But why not just go eldrazi or some fat titan

It's like a threshold deck merged with dredge.. I donno if it would work :)  Interested to see though.
