Disregard, it has been sold.

Lots for trade still including 3 stokes, utter end full art, chief engineers full art, etc

Lots of standard promos for trade, I don't really use them.

Did anyone watch the MWC finals? Greece went through literally 25 cards including the top of his deck with courser and only found 3 lands the entire game. Does anyone have the odds of this?

Trading my new FNM Promo stoke the flames. If anyone is looking for one start up a trade. Don't worry about about my wishlist, I would be happy to look through lists.

This is my 3rd party take on this situation:

If senders were held responsible for lost mail even after getting tracking then one of two things would happen [1: Trading would come to a massive slow because everyone would have to purchase insurance and small trades would not be worth even shipping. 2: BTR's would go through the roof because any untrustworthy person could lie and say they never received their cards even with tracking saying they did.] So naturally, senders can't be held responsible for every small corner case of mail saying delivered when it actually wasn't. I personally have had this situation occur to me and I just took the loss because there really is no way for me to prove that I never got my cards.

Saying this, however, I think it is very clear that Wally never received his cards and is just trying his best to get something out of his trade that has gone horribly wrong. After reading the BTR it was apparent that the rules are worded in a way that can be very confusing, basically seeming like we have to get insurance on every trade (which is a bit unrealistic.) While unfortunate I think he basically has to take the loss, but should not get negative feedback for trying his best to not lose $100 for nothing.

From the way things are panning out it seems as though Wally has lost that $100 in value and is getting kicked while hes down with the negative feedback. Consider things from his point of view is all I am saying. (Because again, I have been in his exact situation with a smaller trade.)

Maelstrom wanderer pic please!

I have been having quite a few problems with trading recently (odd since I haven't had a problem with deckbox for almost an entire year) and need some advice on a current issue. I made a trade with someone at the end of September for some mantis riders and a land, and very soon after mantis rider spikes like crazy. He mentions the price spike but says he sent his half, and I had already sent my half as well. Fast forward to Mid october- neither of us got tracking and neither of us have received our cards. I have the feeling in the back of my mind that he changed his mind and never sent after he realized the price of mantis rider went up, but this is just the cynic in me and I have no way of knowing the truth. Anyways, I cancel the trade because nothing could be done to prove either side and took my loss.

Here is the current issue: A week later he messages me saying "Fyi I got my cards back yesterday thrashed anything on your end?"
I had not received anything so I felt no need to reply. Another week goes by and I get another message from him. "Yours arrived I shipped them back you should have them"

So apparently he got my cards almost a month after I sent them, after his cards were sent and "returned thrashed," and he sent them back to me. Now since it has been almost 2 weeks since then and I still have not received my cards back, how do I go about opening a BTR on an "ended trade?"

The same thing happened to me except I was on the receiving end. If you got tracking and it says delivered you don't have to worry because you are covered.

Your tradelist is only 6 cards?

He said it was a padded envelope so it should be able to fit in the mailbox. Unfortunately I did check the office and asked the immediate neighbors to no avail. He also did use paypal and the address is right, who other people have successfully mailed to. I asked him if he got insurance because I thought paypal offered $50 free but he is not really making any effort to help me sort this out.

I am currently in an ongoing trade that has just been horrible from the beginning. We negotiated a trade and both sent cards as normal. Soon after I got my mail sent back to my mailbox with one of those envelopes saying there was insufficient postage and the envelope was totally ripped with only 3? of  the cards still in it. Naturally I was upset but couldn't really do much about it, so after searching my two LGS managed to buy the cards that were taken and mail again shortly after all this. I let him know what was going on during all of this. It was taking an abnormally long time for his cards to be delivered to me, but seeing as my end ended up taking longer I was fine with waiting. Soon after he received the cards I sent him. Fast forward a couple weeks and I still haven't received his cards and after waiting a week for him to respond (he was at Gencon) he says that he has a tracking number and it shows delivered. I took it upon myself to go to the P.O. and see what they have to say, I asked all my neighbors if they have seen anything, and still have not seen a single card that he shipped. So right now I am out about $45 and nothing to show for it and he won't do any sort of restitution even though per the rules it says it is the senders responsibility. I understand delivery confirmation should be working in his favor, but it still does not change the fact that I have not received a single card.

What should be the proper way of handing this?

Edit: I forgot to mention that I live at an apartment and our mailboxes are a large box with a bunch of little boxes for each apartment requiring a key.

With "$7500" value between 15 revised duals, 2 gofs, foil shocks, etc. that means the extremely large majority of these packs will contain no where even remotely close to $10 worth of cards.

Anyone actually looking to make a profit would understand that they have no realistic chance of selling 750 "repacks" and just sell to a reputable buyer instead.

Like Khilborn said, do not buy these, you will be wasting your money.
