Alright, I mostly look for Alpha, Beta, and Unlimited (see wishlist for what I need in Unlimited), but I want to look at people's tradelists to see if I find newer things I want as well. Mostly looking for cards in the same value category... could also trade a few of my Cavern of Souls if it makes sense.

If he is in college, Thanksgiving Break just occurred and midterms should be in full effect now. (I am a student as well.)
He still marked stuff shipped quite a while ago. You shouldn't mark cards as shipped unless it's actually in the mail.
Just as a friendly tip - you're not going to have much luck getting $66 on here... even sellers on eBay charge less total for Mint versions with shipping included, and unlike on here, they pay a percentage in seller's fees too.

2. Always use DC# no matter what the size of the trade
Only part I don't agree with, especially since I've done a lot of trades lately where $5-6 of cards is going each way. Paying $2.80 shipping vs $0.65 makes a huge difference quickly here. I'd rather lose the 1 in 100 (or whatever) envelope and send a PayPal payment or duplicate cards for that.

I thought Deckbox just pretends Revised never actually happened and lists the Unlimited prices instead. Still, a single Tropical Island would buy every one of those Legends legends and get you pretty far along towards the sword.
No, there's some weird averaging going on for all sets a card is in - not sure how it's weighted. Sometimes it's close to the Unlimited price, but sometimes it's waaaay off (source: I collect Unlimited).

Yep, same here. I think there's actually quite a few of us on here, because we have programming discussions in the Site Feedback forum every once in a while.

Pretty sure that the new release (that is due out at the end of the month) will take all of that into account.

I should probably point out also that my wishlist states which cards I want in Revised, and which ones I want in Unlimited. It's kind of a pain in the rear that deckbox doesn't take editions into account, but it is what it is
Another thing - if you propose a trade, don't immediately disappear for a week without replying to any questions I might have.

I have tons of stuff in my trade list (though not too much high value (aside from Huntmaster, Falkenrath Aristocrat, Zombies, etc.), and may have random older cards you want too. Like German and French blackbordered Mishra's Factories, Beta Regrowth, Unlimited Giant Growth, Dark Ritual, etc.
I have a foil Thalia if you're interested...
I haven't really had any problems, but man, that MP (in your link) is way more worn than what I would call MP.
Just like the title says. I'm specifically looking for the old swamps that read "T: Add one (B) to your mana pool."
Urza's saga, unlimited edition, 4th, mirage, etc. Swamps like that! I value them at about $.20 per.
I'd like to get 50 swamps, so $10 worth. If it can happen in one trade, great. If not, I'd need at least $5 worth (25 swamps.) Making a bunch of trades isn't worth the shipping for such a small item.
These will need to be M or NM condition, not the heavily played ones in the attic. :3 Sorry!

I could probably scrounge together 50 Revised Swamps in NM condition... let me take a look.
Well yeah, that's why they have a range as far as delivery dates go. It's not like FedEx or UPS don't frequently take longer than expected as well - but at a much higher price. I still hate how they're lobbying for USPS to get shut down. Nothing like taking away the competition to drive up prices!
For the record, if you live in a larger city, shipping can be ridiculously fast. In the past few weeks I've sent cards out to Cleveland and San Jose (from Colorado). I shipped on a Saturday, and in both cases the people got their cards on the Monday.
