Sadly, I only have one extra Beta, Unlimited, and 4th Plague Rats, and somehow only 6 extra Revised ones... don't think that'll really be worth the shipping to Canada 
Of you had wanted Circles of Protection or Healing Salve... or any of my 25 extra Revised Atogs, you would've been more in luck.

If you go to the post office, it shouldn't cost more than $2.85 for first class with delivery confirmation unless you have over 40 cards and a bunch of cardboard in there. Considering you can send almost 550 cards with tracking for just over $6, $4.90 sounds insane to me!

Yep... as long as you sent it as a package, they probably put a tracking sticker on it, so it's in their system. It will have zip code information on it, at least... even though it won't have his exact address, that's still a good start if you have multiple people complaining about him.

Yeah, I can definitely put up a couple of scans of it. If we're making a trade, I'd probably value it at tcgplayer's price. It's definitely not mint, but it's not in bad shape for a playable Beta card either.
I'd love the Tropical Island, but I guess I'm out of luck there, as I sold pretty much all my Revised duals off half a dozen years ago (right before they tripled/quadrupled in price).

Also - do you have anything unlimited to trade? I see that you have a Stasis, but I can't remember whether I actually need one or not (another thing to check ). There are still quite a few uncommons I miss, unfortunately.

For the record, if you trade a lot, you can find bubble mailers at under $0.20 each on eBay.
I believe I paid $15.50 (free shipping) for 100 of the ones I mostly use (though they've gone up slightly in price since). They're ugly, but they work great and they're super-light.
