It would seem I also did this to Woolcock66.  Wow, I suck at this game...  Please correct this one as well!

I mistakenly clicked neutral for a feedback score on a recent trade with user Zargathe.  I meant to leave a positive score and my comment thee reflects that.

Sorry Zargathe!

For my issue, no.  I still believe we can work it out amongst ourselves so I have not yet submitted for support.  My patience is wearing thin, however...

I think that between the myriad of strategies and variations among those strategies it would be near impossible to keep a proper list.  How about this to get you started:

In no particular order, and only by the names I know them as, here are some popular decks at the moment.

Pod (Naya, Mono Green, BG, BUG)
Tokens (BW, GW, RG)
Control (UB, UW, Esper)
Heartless Summoning (UB, BG)
RDW
Tempered Steel
Spirits (UW, Esper)
Wolf Run (RG, Naya)
RG Beats

I am sure there are many more and some of these may even be outdated already (e.g. Tempered Steel).

I have had the same question for a little while now.  From what I can tell we are supposed to e-mail support@deckbox.org.

Not that I've seen on this site.  I usually have to check many sources to figure it out and even then I have to account for my local meta game.

edit: Tournament reports are a great source of up-to-the-moment decklists.

A little while after starting this thread I reworked the deck with the following goals in mind:

Increase speed.
Generate tokens more reliably.
Recover from board-wiping effect better.

Here is the deck with my changes:  http://deckbox.org/sets/151791

If you compare this deck to the one I first posted you'll notice a dramatic shift in the mana curve as well as the overall way the deck plays out.  The deck, in this form, plays faster, is more consistent and recovers from board-wiping effects very well.  I sometimes barely feel the effect while my opponents are set back quite a bit.

With the addition of a Doubling Season and the Reveillark package suggested by Mahl-Binx I feel the deck will perform considerably better and I will have achieved my goal.  We will see...

I have been looking to trade for a Doubling Season for a few months now and had no luck sad  I might break down eventually and eBay one but I really don't want to.  I agree though, it's a required card in this deck.

That 4-pack of reveillark cards is awesome; I can't say I've ever seen that combination before.  Thanks for the tip!

In general there isn't a ton wrong with the build.  The curve is low and well distributed and I don't see any conflicting goals among the cards you have picked out.  I think you should strongly consider running between 22 and 24 lands; the old 20:40 split is an outdated concept and decks tend to run smoother with at least 22 lands.  Additionally, I don't see a lot of benefit to keeping dark ritual in the deck.  It's a fun card but running 4 of them to speed out only 8 cards isn't an effective use of the card slot.  I understand the desire behind running them to ramp up the burn but I believe you will be better-suited by letting the mana for the burn come naturally instead of forcing it.  Maybe you have some Erg Raiders around?

I see, so "vintage" means casual decks using the vintage banned and restricted list, not competitive play.  Well, with that in mind it's a whole new ballgame for me.  I know lots about casual decks except my playgroup uses legacy rules (except for EDH) to weed out some of the "cheese" as you put it.

There is not a lot of synergy between the cards you just mentioned aside from the ability to gain a few life each turn and there are decks that are significantly better at gaining life sad

It would help to know a general goal you wish to achieve.  It would be helpful to break posts for new concepts out into separate topics for organization.  Keep posting and I'll keep offering suggestions when I can!

Are you building Vintage decks for tournament play or for a more casual encounter?

Here is a legacy deck with Goblin Welders in it.  smile

Well, yeah, tinker/stax isn't a foreign concept to me but I don't know the vintage meta-game at all.

From a deck perspective, I really think a few Wurmcoil Engines could be good as they play very nicely with Goblin Welder and Smokestack.  That's about all I see other than maybe a Power Artifact and Voltaic Key.

Standard and Legacy.

I swear I posted here about a Uba Stax build but I don't see it sad

I don't play vintage or even keep up with the field so I will not be able to provide much input.

You could do what I do and only collect two of each desired token and then use dice to represent how many are tapped and untapped.  It's a decent balance between investing a small fortune in tokens and being courteous to your opponent by maintaining a clearly understandable board state.

Then you'll maybe only need to put in 10 SCG orders tongue

I think that started when WotC began cracking down on proxies.  I am guessing they had a chat with SCG about the tokens and they had to stop selling them directly.

I know it's somewhat redundant to call nerds dorks but....

Dorks.

Someone beat me to aviator13's squirrel token so my want list is as follows:

1x unglued squirrel token (silver border, big squirrel inside an oval in the middle)
2x 1/1 lifelink vampire (the one that Sorin, Lord of Innistrad pukes out)

Thanks to everyone that has helped so far!  Deckbox rocks!

Notification parameters would be the cherry on top for sure!

I was thinking about a feature that could be useful for me, and hopefully others.  The ability to be notified when a user adds a specific card to their tradelist (or even wishlist).  For example, I have been looking for a Doubling Season for a few months now and seem to have exhausted my resources on this site.  I don't mind waiting a few more months before I finally break down and buy it from eBay or wherever but I would rather trade for the card if I can.

So, it would be helpful to have a service that informs me whenever a user adds this card to their tradelist so I can see if we can configure a trade that both parties agree upon.  My only alternative is to randomly check back on the list of people trading the card and go through each one of them again and again to find a trade.  This takes a fair amount of time to do as some cards are on 50+ tradelists.

This may not be the right solution and I certainly won't cry if a notification system isn't implemented.  My true issue is the two-fold problem of learning about a desired card being recently added to a tradelist and figuring out whose tradelist it's on without just going through all of them every time.  Something as simple as an indicator on the card page showing that the card was recently added to the tradelist or that I haven't personally seen this tradelist through this card page before might be a suitable alternative.

No huge rush but food for thought nonetheless!

I can confirm that you're not crazy, ZATZAi.  I login from multiple devices many times throughout the day.  Laptop, desktop, iPad and smart phone.  Sometimes I stay logged in on all of them for days, other times I am logged out of one device or another seemingly at random.  I will try to pay more attention to the situation now in case the information can be of service.

The only thing on your tradelist I would be interested in is the Sorin but I only have about $21 of the stuff from your wishlist.  Are there other cards you might want that you haven't added to your wishlist yet?  Do you see anything in my tradelist that would make up the difference?
