Scryfall and other stores and websites have since removed the "Mystery Booster" edition, and merged everything into "The List", I should do the same, as it is very confusing at the moment. It's on my todo list for tomorrow.
I think this is a good move... if resellers and buyers don't care, then there's no reason to differentiate them within collection management.
That said, the cards are technically not the same... for instance, the Mystery Booster version of Cast Out has a slightly larger Planeswalker symbol in the lower left vs. the Cats & Dogs deck version of that card.

Hi, could you please check the Angels: They're Just Like Us but Cooler and with Wings listing in Deckbox? It seems some cards are missing like Angel of the Ruins, Angel of Finality and others

I think you'll find what you're looking for in the Secret Lair Drop Series expansion (#1335 to #1351)... some of the cards from that set had the SLD set code, and others were List-style reprints with the Planeswalker symbol in the lower left corner. Only the List-style ones are listed in the Angels... expansion.

Here are the double-sided tokens that seem to be missing (from the Eldrazi precon):
- 0002 Eldrazi Scion // 0058 Spirit
- 0047 Thopter // 0074 Construct
- 0049 City's Blessing // 0075 Construct
This is repeatedly mentioned as an issue, that tokens that do not exist as single-sided are listed in a bunch of commander editions but I am still hesitant to delete them, as I know some users added them to their inventories / wishlists. Might delete them in the end
I am a HUGE fan of only having cards in Deckbox that actually exist, so I love this update. :-)
- merged Angel and Demon Avacyn Restored tokens into Angel // Demon (they only exist as double sided)
- merged Human and Wolf tokens from FNM extras into Wolf // Human
- changed Dragon to Dragon // Dragon and Lightning Rager to Lightning Rager // Lightning Rager in Extras: Commander 2015
- merged Suture Priest from Game day promos into the main printing, since they are indistinguishable
- corrected Eldritch Moon Prerelease Zombie token to Zombie // Zombie
- created new edition Planechase Anthology Planes and moved all the plane and phenomenon cards there to avoid all the duplicated collector numbers in the listing of the original edition

Some thoughts:
- should the Planechase Planes go in the Oversized Cards section?
- with Dominaria United, tokens are blended between DMU & DMC (e.g. Angel 001 is DMC while Bird 002 is DMU)... might it make sense to combine tokens for these sets instead of splitting out the other DMC ones from the precons into a separate section? I could go either way on this, as it's weird... also not sure if this is a go-forward strategy for WOTC.

Have you guys seen what is happening with Tahngarth's price? I was shocked at first, thought I had become rich with my 3 copies, then I realized it must have been some kind of bug. It was a good laugh for certain.
I saw that and reported it... I believe it's pulling in the value for the alt-art version, which actually is valued up there. The regular one is not worth $400+. ;-)
