Which deck & browser is this happening in? I'll take a look.
Any luck determining the problem yet?
All decks, but not inventory. Note that in the deck we edit the third (white) column, and in the inventory the first (green) one.
I've only tried with Chrome and IE10, both show same behaviour. To easily see it: Edit an amount, then immediately click the amount field in a second row, then wait. When the page reloads, the amount field will unselect and reset to the previous value if you changed it.

Since the last update, I can move cards from main deck and sideboard to scratchpad using the context menu (arrow in front of the card name). When I do, I can see the scratchpad contains a card, but I can't see which one since I don't have premium. I also cannot remove the card from the scratchpad. It would be better if I couldn't move cards to the scratchpad altogether.
Perhaps you should also think about what happens to cards in scratchpad when someone's premium expires, can he then only see those cards if he re-enables premium?
Thanks for the quick import!
The card tooltip images don't seem to work yet for the C14 cards, but when you click them the images show up fine.
Exporting inventory to CSV seems to be broken. I can open the dialog, and select some extra fields, but when I click Export the page loads for some time and then does nothing (including no warning about popups or downloads that might hide the result). I'm using firefox. I'll try with Chrome at home tonight. Exporting decks does work, it's just inventory that fails. Tradelist works too for me, but I have an empty trade list.
On an unrelated note (I just happened to have my browser console open), loading any page on the forums shows a "NetworkError: 404 Not Found - https://deckbox.org/javascripts/tooltip.js".
All cards in all lists now show the Common set symbol, instead of the appropriate rarity. The rarity is also gone from the tooltip. Sorting by rarity still works.
I understand that. The problem is, when I have such a card in my deck, it shows as $0 even if there is a non-foil printing for which the price could be shown. It should show the non-foil price for the edition that does have a non-foil price, not for the one that doesn't have it. Since I cannot pick which edition the cards in decks are, I cannot fix it manually.

Do you have an example where this is happening?
While looking up a few cards I found this is a little more complicated. If the card has multiple printings, the latest one of which is foil-only, the bug will occur.
To name a few:
Maelstrom Wanderer
Vela the Night-Clad
Dragonlair Spider
Command Tower

I'd like being able to manage my Heartstone decks on Deckbox a lot. In the game, I can only have 9 at a time, so I can't try out new stuff if I want to maintain one 'working' deck per class. Being able to save the deck somewhere else would help.
As for the game itself, I like it. It's simple, much more so than Magic, which makes it an easy half an hour to spend on a few games. I wouldn't want to play it for hours on end like Magic, but it's good for a quick game.
How do I add the card _____ to a collection? Typing _ in the box to add cards doesn't work.
I was able to add it by going through the card database, but it'd be nice if there was an easier way.
There are more cards with this issue. Lim-Dûl the Necromancer, for example.
Thanks, that solved it. Also noticed you do get a detailed error message when the columns are correct, which is great!
I like how the new UI to add cards to your inventory will automatically fill in the edition of the card if you select a default, or if there is only one.
Is it possible to update my collection and automatically fill in the edition if the card was only printed in one edition? I already tried exporting to CSV and reimporting everything, but that doesn't work.
Looks like this is caused, in part, by my popup blocker. When I disable it entirely, the popups (also happens for login, searching inventory and probably everything else that changes the UI) will show up. When I allow the site to show popups in the extension, it still won't. So I'm left wondering what weird interaction happens here that makes my blocker think your features are popups?
Sometimes, I can't edit the amount of a card in a deck or collection any more using Chrome. When I click on the number, nothing happens. Also, the dropdown menu on each card (where it says Move to sideboard etc.) won't open any more.
This doesn't happen always, and F5 will fix the problem if it does. I'm thinking this might be some kind of race condition in script initialization or something?
I've found a similar problem where a card is not imported correctly. When I put 'Xathrid Gorgon' in the multi-card import, it's not recognized. When I put it in the single-card input box, it works fine.
Just wondering, when will the new Izzet vs Golgari cards be added?
Russb87 wrote:Ok... So I was thinking (this is dangerous stuff, I know). A nice feature would be to allow the users some sort of SQL interface to run custom queries (just basic select statements with "where" clauses and maybe some joins). This is assuming you are using a SQL database of some sort. Honestly, I'm more comfortable running a SQL query than I am using the existing filter system when I am searching for something.
You can do that using magiccards.info/search.html
A cost of 1(U/R) would be even more wrong. It would be cool though if you could somehow show both costs.
Another small bug: The phenomenon and plane cards are counted towards the amount of cards in my deck. This means that a 60 card deck with 10 planes will still be recognized as a complete deck, but a 61 card deck with 10 planes will not.
I can add phenomenons to my deck, but they don't actually show up. Perhaps the category for it is missing in deck lists?
