You can download the pictures in the settings, and I have not spent time yet to build, but there is a button you gotta press to bring up the commander build tab. Also you can turn off the music and sound in the settings.

Tolarian Community College is a fantastic Youtube channel for MTG, and he has recently been creating Tolarian Tutor videos which are mini lectures on deck construction and play. He also has a huge series of videos for testing and rating MTG products and supplemental products like sleeves and deckboxes, his tests are vigorous and helpful in my opinion.

TheMagicManSam is another great Youtube channel that has a series dedicated to the artists of MTG, it really increases your appreciation for the art of Magic.

Blighted Woodland is a good way to color fix, but I had a focus on early game for most of my spells. You need 4 mana and an untapped Blighted to be able to use it, so it is better for a little later in the game.

I am sure there are more spells I have missed as well but I ran out of steam while compiling the list. big_smile

In Dollar General the best of the best ramp and mana rocks are outside out price range, most notably Kodama's Reach and Sol Ring. Never fear, there are plenty of options that are highly reliable and will give you that edge you need to outpace your opponents. This is simply a list of what I believe to be good ramp spells and rocks, if you notice any that I missed, go ahead and add it to the discussion below. My name is Alex, I am an poor college student who loves Magic: the Gathering. As a college student I greatly appreciate a Commander format where you can build a deck for less than it costs to purchase a reconstructed one from the store.

I believe the best part about the format is that synergy becomes so much more important once you cannot afford the most dangerous or powerful "bombs" in the format. Taking a bunch of cards that are either printed into oblivion or are disregarded as mediocre and creating a usable, if not powerful deck feels fantastic.

I look forward to testing my Dollar General with all of you.
