Oof wish I had some cards from your list, lmk if you want a simple trade for kudos
I really need to sort and add my cards for trade XD

1 of them is going out pretty soon here, if you're thinking about trading for one, better hurry lol

I have 2x Falkenrath Aristocrat to trade for certain Planeswalkers:

Tamiyo, the Moon Sage
Gideon, Champion of Justice
Elspeth Tirel
Vraska the Unseen
Tezzeret the Seeker
Koth of the Hammer
Jace Beleren

The cards are marked as Slightly Played due to whitening on the edges from sleeveless play; because any cards received are going directly into a friend's inventory, like condition is acceptable.

Quotes like these happen:

"Wait, who's turn is it?"
"It's now a" [long pause] "4/3 creature? No, wait.  Hold on. Yes, yes, it's a 4/3 creature. Wait..."
"I didn't draw a card last round, did I? F*#%!"

That's me, sober lol scatterbrains.. too many apps running roll

Glad to have my preferred artwork in foil now, so gotta have it!
I will trade up to $8 card value for it, including a non-foil MM Lightning Helix; just open up a trade! My inventory is semi-open, just mostly stuff not in decks (including shocks).
Thanks!

I'm rather new too, so I don't have many card suggestions; however,  I do see that you are slightly hurting yourself by using your graveyard in multiple ways.
Mixing between scavenging your graveyard and using creature count to beef your creatures / cut casting costs may put you in precipitous situations. It would be easier to move this deck towards full out scavenge than it would to go towards anything else.
If you do that, I would suggest a full playset of Lotleth Troll to beef up with creatures with scavenge, and a few Strangleroot Geists, and maybe some other creatures with undying to work in tandem with the Corpsejack Menaces on top of scavenging.

cool

Just saw bluemaroon post a new thread, regarding an opening of a new LGS; I figured a thread for general discussion would be useful, give us a place to share and learn about different LGS' in varying areas.

So, what's your favorite LGS? Talk about the atmosphere, general play style, social dynamics, notable unique (recurring) and other events, general availability and support for regular tournaments, etc.

Nothing is cool; similar to the fact that nothing is good or bad, merely opinion. Things just are, folks just feel the need to supplement their feeling of self-worth with things they feel greater than themselves, or what they think others view as such. We are purpose driven machines in a purposeless reality.

I agree with the need for a third, indifferent option. It is what it is: no more, no less; and it is safer than Tylenol lulz, but that's different beef with the FDA and 'Big Pharma'. Like the simple fact they refuse to add NAC to protect against probable liver damage linked to the extended use of acetaminophen (which they also promote).

Could.. but I don't do that stuff much (ever) roll
I'll probably try that out in about a week if no one picks it up for the current offer: $50, or $40 + ~$10 card value (preferably 1 or 2 only, and foil wink).

Thanks smile

I will ship the Ral Zarek for $40 via PayPal and ~$15 card value smile

I often have the urge to build themed decks, but never thought about gender-based lol pretty cool how you put a functional deck together with (almost?) all female art! Really can't make any suggestions due to limiting factors; either you have eidetic memory or took a lot of time finding these cards, kudos big_smile

Took a long look at those, and tried out a new Boros deck; found here.
Mostly operates on battalion effects, supported by Boros Charm and Boros Commando.

Putting this together asap so I can start trading for the cards I need to make a deck I can take to FNM, or just smoke my friends with cool Haven't made a Standard deck before, but not many decks altogether, so if you have suggestions or improvements, let me know big_smile

Right now, I am aiming for an invincible army with my Boros Charm / Legion's Initiative playsets, trying to capitalize on the W/R buffs and ETB effects with cards like Blaze Commando and Viashino Firstblade. Best trick this deck does is 3 combat phases with Aurelia, the Warleader + Legion's Initiative, but it also can buff the multicolored creatures further with a Maze Abomination, protected by a Mask of Avacyn, which can also be used when needed elsewhere. Sorin, Lord of Innistrad can come in and instantly give the game-long permanent for the +1/+0 for my creatures, depending on the pace.

If you know of meaner ETB effects, or good multicolored token generators, I would like to know tongue

I believe so. Ethics are relative though, so it's still your choice.
But at least you won't get naggy noobs like me spouting his disapproval lol

edit: not necessarily 'include fee', but price appropriately, prepared to pay the fee. Though, I should say, I do appreciate your friendly pricing, as pointed out by asmodeanreborn.

I'm not saying the dollar amount is significant, just the requirement to pay the seller's overhead. Businesses don't tack on extra taxes for their rent, electricity, staff, etc. They include it in the price. It is a simple matter of being straightforward and taking responsibility of your transaction.

This is turning into a tangent, we should probably let this continue as a trade thread; feel free to make a topic about it if you guys want to talk more about it.

There is no real 'standard'. There is a rule, listed above.
But many traders online do require the buyers to pay the fee, even though they should not. It's a personal choice really, PayPal hasn't shown much interest in pursuing those who operate outside of their guidelines in this way.

I expect people to pay me via a Purchase Transaction, as that is what it is; and I have a set price I am selling at, as all should.

edit: it boils down to personal choice and ethics. do what you want, we all do anyway.

One I have always disapproved of.
It is the equivalent of having the buyer pay your Amazon or eBay fees, just slightly cheaper.

PayPal User Agreement wrote:

8. Fees.
8.1 Fees Overview. Fees are based on whether you are making a Purchase Payment, a Personal Payment or a PayPal Business Payment. Some fees are expressed as a percentage of the payment amount. All Fees are in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.

For Purchase Payments, the recipient of the payment will always pay the Fee.

Just saying.. against PayPal terms and bad ethic requiring buyers to pay the fee.
