U/W control seems like it would be a much better bet. You could even go Esper & add some black sources for Lingering Souls.

If you're not building for a specific format, an Elixir of Immortality or 2 would be a good bet, in case you ever need to reset your deck. Also, a good value creature to consider is Ashen Rider.

My list of stuff I have is here: https://deckbox.org/sets/401096?s=j&o=d

I'm looking for 4 Flooded Strands & a Polluted Delta. Would really like to turn some of those shocks into fetches.

I've also got an Avacyn, Angel of Hope & an Elesh Norn, but I'm a lot more hesitant about trading them.

Edit: also interested in some Young Pyromancers smile

Bump? Also now the proud owner of a foil Phenax, if anyone's interested in it.

Looking to get a set of Shamans. Tradelist here: http://deckbox.org/sets/401096?s=j&o=d

Notable haves:
- Phenax
- Mogis
- Heliod
- Kor Spiritdancers
- DDemon

I've got a lot of other junk too. Since most of my stuff is pretty low-value, I'd be happy to throw in an extra 10 - 15% in trade value.

Dissipate would be great, but not pauper. Journey to Nowhere is OK, but if they're running any kind of enchantment removal, all it does is trigger him again. Tragic Slip is always great, though. The only real difficulty in dealing with him is if the opponent is running graveyard recursion, as that's typically how the "standard" MBD deck works.

I've been looking for ways to build around him as well, though. Will probably figure something out this weekend.

Would really like a couple of Horizon Canopys for a deck I'm working on. My only high-value rare at the moment is True-Name Nemesis, so I'd like to move that.

I'd be happy to throw in extra value for a second Canopy, since I know people aren't really fond of trading down.

Tradelist: http://deckbox.org/sets/401096?s=j&o=d

Edit: Open to trading the Nemesis for other stuff as well, but Canopys are the main priority.

for a second there, I seriously considered parting with Silent Hill for an AEther Vial.

I currently run an Izzet Wee Fiend so I'm familiar with the low cost drawing type spells that storm and similar strategies use. I can't think of a better way to abuse the strength I see in essence harvest though.

Terrible oversight on spellheart chimera. Doh.

Edit: I see and love essence harvest in your exalted deck. smile

Manamorphose could actually work with Essence Harvest. Prophetic Prism could work as well. The only problem with it in UR, though, is that it's basically a win-more card. The only time it'll actually be relevant is when you've likely already hit your opponent for some obscene amount of unblockable damage or something like that. In all other instances, it's basically a dead card. It's got a similar problem in my exalted deck, although I have it just as a finisher. That deck isn't nearly as explosive as the typical UR build, and it's just a way to get the last few points of damage in & end a game. That, and splashing a third color would mess up the mana base too much.

I've actually got a few pauper decks I run.

There's UR Storm: http://deckbox.org/sets/525400
Similar to yours. This plays pretty consistently, although it's kind of a glass cannon. I strongly recommend Manamorphose in this deck; a free spell that pumps Cyclops + a cantrip is incredible.

There's BW Exalted: http://deckbox.org/sets/525401
First pauper deck I built. This one's fun to play. It's a really resilient deck, and it can play both the aggressive & control role. To me, it's a solid deck that can do multiple things at once. It has ways to stabilize & regain health, ways to control, and ways to be really aggressive.

And finally, UG Tron: http://deckbox.org/sets/525406
Somehow, it kind of works. Early game, it stumbles a little bit. But usually, by the time Tron is online, the opponent can't do a whole lot, aside from trying land destruction. Nessian Asp is such a great card for pauper, especially with Tron lands. It's easy enough to cast it before turn 5, but the Tron lands & Wildheart Invoker make it ridiculous. Fireball is a fun alternate win con.

I also have a pauper cube. I'll post a list eventually...

That's pretty nuts. After trading a ton of stuff tonight, I decided to get a booster, just for shits. Sylvan Caryatid & foil Temple of Abandon. Not as insane as dual Lili, but I was pretty excited.

My attempts at making mono black devotion failed. Hard. I've now got a bunch of the higher-value parts for it. Specifically:

4 Nightveil Specters
4 Desecration Demons
Erebos
2 Whips
1 Watery Grave
3 Temple of Deceit

I'm looking to trade this for modern stuff. Big things I'm looking for are:
Vials
Finks
Auriok Champion
1-2 new Thoughtseize

I also have a Blood Baron, Anger of the Gods, and foil Soldier of the Pantheon. In addition, there's a bunch of other random stuff in my tradelist. (Would really like to trade away a foil Nirkana Revenant for some of the stuff on my list.)

I don't know how many people are interested in trading modern for standard, but this is what I have. If anyone's interested, make some offers.

Up for trade I have:

2x Purphoros
1x Blood Baron of Vizkopa
1x Temple of Silence
1x Temple of Abandon
1x Young Pyromancer
1x foil Fanatic of Mogis
1x foil M12 Jace, Memory Adept
2x Soldier of the Pantheon
1x Trostani

I'm looking for any of the following:

4x Desecration Demon
2x Hero's Downfall
4x Underworld Connections
4x Pack Rat
1x Abhorrent Overlord
1x Whip of Erebox
1x Erebos

Biggest wants are the Demons, Pack Rats, and the whip.

If you'd be interested, make me a trade offer directly. I rarely check forum post replies, so that's the best way to get ahold of me.

I'd rather not, since it's part of a deck & I don't like ripping decks apart for trade. Thanks for the offer, though smile

Posted this on the main trading page as well. I'm happy trading 1 for 1, unless you happen to have a $.50 card you'd want to throw in. If anyone's interested, make me an offer directly instead of replying here or something.

Also looking for 3 Lavaclaw Reaches.

Willing to trade 1 for the other, unless you happen to have an extra $.50 card to make up the difference. Otherwise I'm cool with trading at a slight loss.

I'm looking for

2x Leyline of the Meek
3x Lavaclaw Reaches

Small request, but I can't seem to find anyone that isn't local-only.

Most of the stuff in my tradelist is either standard-legal or about to rotate out (M13, INN). I have a fair amount of other things too. Also have a ton of commons & uncommons going back to Zendikar, so if there's specific things you want, ask.

So I've got a work-in-progress Wrexial deck. It's all about milling the opponent & stealing their stuff. Haven't added in basic lands yet, but I'm guessing the mana base will probably be 38 - 40 cards. I'm trying to figure out what to put in to the 4-mana slot, since my curve is a little weird right now (there's a big gap at 4 mana). This is gonna be a casual deck, so no over expensive cards like Damnation or anything like that. What is this deck missing? Or what should I swap out?

Have 2 normal paradise mantles I'd trade for some foils for my pauper cube. LMK

Send me a list of what you need. I have lots of Innistrad, Avacyn, Gatecrash, Dragon's Maze, and Zendikar I can contribute. (I too am working on a pauper cube big_smile)

I have a normal and foil version. You interested? If so feel free to start a discussion!

Definitely interested, as long as a) they're MMA, and b) you're not valuing the foil one at more than 50% of the regular one's value. (not really interested in them as collectible items; I just want to play the damn game with one). Also, most of what I have is standard stuff, as well as a bunch of things from Zendikar, and a couple of things from Alara. I'll update my trade list later tonight. If this is cool with you, though, send me a trade offer & we'll go from there.

Also have 2 Exavas I'd be up for trading. Actually, most of the stuff in my tradelist is fair game, unless it's currently part of a trade.

I don't want the Fifth Dawn mantles, since those are inexplicably more expensive.

If interested, make me an offer!

Have a look at mine: http://deckbox.org/sets/403786

What everyone said about playing defensively is dead-on. With my deck, most of the time I'm only playing cheap creatures and spells, and extorting the opponent to death. Blind Obedience slows down creature-heavy decks quite a bit, and lets me get in extra damage with something like Tithe Drinker (on top of giving me another extort trigger). I'm also a big fan of Stab Wound and One Thousand Lashes; although a little expensive, they cause an ongoing problem for the opponent, and can force them to waste removal on their own creatures. But one of my favorite cards in the deck is Bloodgift Demon: well-costed, has evasion, can swing for a ton of damage, and allows me to use everything I've gained from extorting for really solid card advantage.

I recently built this Zegana deck: http://deckbox.org/sets/403765?s=c&o=a

I'm still new to EDH, so I have no idea how effective of a deck it would be (haven't actually playtested it yet). My goal is to quickly ramp & cast big X-cost spells, as well as get lots of counters & manipulate them into card draw/other stuff. Does anyone notice any glaring issues with the deck? Or have any suggestions for other cards that would be better? There's a few things that my LGS didn't have that I still want; specifically, a few different utility lands. I'm kind of on a budget for the summer, so I can't get too extravagant with card purchases. But any kind of feedback is appreciated.

Hi folks. I've been posting this on a few subreddits, but I'll reach out here as well.

I'm working on a pauper cube, but am missing a ton of stuff. My wishlist is all the cards I'm missing. I'd prefer to do bulk trades (50+ cards), as a means of keeping costs down. (Mailing 1 - 2 cards at a time can get expensive). If there's nothing in my inventory that you want, feel free to ask if I have it, although most of my stuff is from 2013 and later.

I would also be willing to pay cash for the cheaper commons, most likely 5 to 10 cents a card. Due to budget issues, though, I'd prefer to stick to trades as much as possible.

Thanks!
