Hello everybody,

It has been 17 years since I have played Magic. A couple of weeks ago a friend of mine told me about a Magic tournament he's going to organize. Never knew he had played Magic, anyways ... I need a deck which will blast them all away

In the last couple of days I have created the following deck (including an investment in some new cards).
If you have any tips and/or tricks they are very very (!) welcome.

Looking forward to your feedback. Many thanks in advance!

Creatures (26)
4x Birds of Paradise Creature - Bird
4x Goblin Balloon Brigade Creature - Goblin Warrior
4x Tinder Wall Creature - Plant Wall
2x Goblin Wardriver Creature - Goblin Warrior
4x Goblin Chieftain Creature - Goblin
4x Goblin King Creature - Goblin
4x Tuktuk the Explorer Legendary Creature - Goblin
2x Krenko, Mob Boss Legendary Creature - Goblin Warrior

Instant (4)
4x Lightning Bolt Instant

Sorcery (12)
4x Disintegrate Sorcery
4x Fireball Sorcery
4x Goblin Grenade Sorcery

Enchantment (2)
2x Fastbond Enchantment

Land (20)
9x Forest Basic Land - Forest
11x Mountain Basic Land - Mountain

Just a quick question before offering advice, but what is the format for the tournament? My guess is that you'll need to modify your deck, as I can't think of any format that allows two Fastbonds.

ehm.... very good question. To be honest I don't know.

I think the standard version: http://mtg.wikia.com/wiki/Standard

1 on 1 per game, total of 10 players.

You're decks not standard. It's modern? If all your opponents are on the same level though then you'll do fine. If they're competitive at all you'll need to take something more contemporary.

There will be some serious competition ;-). Most of my cards are revised and I noticed that the modern creatures are much cheaper than in the past and tokens seem to be hot :-)

The opponents will use those modern cards too in their decks and will mix them with cards from previous versions up to 1995.
Any suggestion are welcome and I am even willing to buy some modern cards if I don't have them in stock...

We'll be playing Vintage, thus alas only one Fastbond allowed

So we are playing Vintage. What should I change (remove/add) in this deck?
