Would it be possible to edit the Tags of multiple cards simultaneously? (e.g. give all Ramp cards in a deck the #Ramp Tag) Maybe with the same function used to move multiple checked cards with one klick from Mainboard to Sideboard etc.

Would be very useful indeed. Both in decklist and in inventory/search results.
