I would like to create a casual dragon deck. (and maybe move to EDH later on).
Do you have any suggestions for adding more mana fast and maybe some low creatures or "plan" while waiting for the first 5 lands in play?

I wouldn't recommend waiting like that. Waiting five turns to do anything usually means you're dead.

Since this is for casual, Seething Song seems like a natural inclusion. Dragonshift does nothing for you in this deck. It actually makes all of your creatures weaker than they would be otherwise. Swap those for the Seething Songs.

Now, your deck does almost nothing until turn five. I might recommend adding some goblins, which are dragons' best friends. That will give you something to do in the early game, to stall until you can get some real power on the field.

If you don't want to include goblins for flavor reasons, then I would probably put burn spells in instead. A few lightning bolts and mizzium mortars can usually stall a game long enough for you have a decent board presence.

Also, a minor thing, but this deck doesn't have any lands in it. You may want to correct that. :P

Thanks, yeah. It's not a deck. It's just the list of dragons I have. I wanted suggestions for the first turns mostly, and maybe some dragons suggestions (on the cheap side)

I have a straight dragon deck that I play with. The dragons themselves are not expensive, but some other cards that allow me to get them out fast are. About 4 of my friends play decks similar to this with all of us having a little different versions. Here is the link to mine if you are interested:

It's interesting. It's indeed expensive cards to get mana! Will consider it!

I've found that Dragon Whelp is a great help in getting out something early. Rakdos Pit Dragon is another early option. I also really like running Earthquake and Pyroclasm in order to clear out opposing creatures and buy some time until the dragons can start appearing. Some of the cards from the Knights vs. Dragons duel deck can come in really handy as well, such as Armillary Sphere and Dragon Fodder. I also like Mogg Maniac as another early stalling option.

Whatever you do, try to find a way to make sure that you hit all of your land drops for a much longer time than normal. If you don't run Armillary Sphere, run something else that keeps the mana coming. Dragon decks tend to be some of the most mana-intensive ones out there.
