Topic: Double-sided Tokens import, other fixes

* Imported (finally!!!) double-sided tokens for Commander 2014 - Commander 2018. The single-sided ones are still in the database since users used them already (like is the case for another couple older editions). Still not sure if I should just remove those yet, but even if I do, it will be announced beforehand so that users have time to update their collections.
* fixed Theros Beyond Death (and tokens) edition icon not showing properly
* fixed Relentless Rats and Rat Colony to be allowed with any counts in all formats
* moved Token: Ajani's Pridemate to its own card, it was erroneusly bundled with Ajani's Pridemate

Throne of Eldraine basic lands need the promo edition icon fix as well.

* fixed throne of eldraine basic lands not displaying proper edition icon
* removed non existing prerelease promo printing of Domri, Chaos Bringer
* fixed an issue causing deck csv exports to sometimes show an incorrect edition icon (for "my inventory" matching cases)

I really do hope you keep adding in single side of tokens as well. I love that double sided tokens are in there for people who want them but I desperately want to only refer to them only as single sided.

Extended art and showcase foils from Theros seem to be pulling the same price as the base versions.

Couple of more fixes:

* Game Night 2019 token set is missing the Dragon #1 / Zombie #6 double-sided token
* Separated Shapeshifter - the older creature card from the newer token
* Separated Nightmare older creature from the new token, now here: Token: Nightmare
* added Shadowborn Apostle to the list of non-restricted cards in singleton formats

i noticed that some of the Masters 25 had double sided tokens.  i have one that is a Fish // Kraken one.   Noticed that isnt on deckbox

Most of them are, we are just missing The Year of the Rat set and the two new walkers added with it.

I added inventory for Azorius Guildgate, Bloodfell Caves, Blossoming Sands, Bjuka Bog, and Boros Guildgate. The cards did not automatically increase my trade list. Why not?
