Topic: Overcharged!

Why did deckbox charge me $4.99 AND $10 when I signed up?  I agreed to the $10, not the $4.99.  Please return it!
Frankly, I would prefer to get all my money back as this site does not have an efficient inventory method and seems poorly equipped to facilitate card sales.

I had a billing issue once with DeckBox. I sent a message through the support system (help > sidebar > Contact Support and Feedback) and it was rectified in short order.
