If this forum isn't the way to get cards added to the database -- how are we supposed to contact the developers?

Deckbox pulls it's info from TCGPlayer, so anything missing from here comes from TCGPlayer. I'd suggest sending them an email about the issue.

Correct. It's been delayed, but we still want to pull those cards from magiccards.info in the near future.
