Topic: [Bug?] Filtering Inventory by Edition Printed In

In my Inventory, if I like to use the Edition Printed In filter to view only cards from specific sets.  However, the results show all records for cards that share a name with those printed in the specific set.

   Example:

Filter: Edition Printed In [Is one of] [Gatecrash]

   Card: Act of Treason

I get records (rows) for Act of Treason from Gatecrash, M12, and M11.

Is this the intended result? I expected non-Gatecrash rows to be suppressed.

In summary, when filtering by edition, I expect to see only cards that match that edition.

  • I'd support a checkbox/option to allow cards to display that were printed in the selected set(s) but are flagged as from other editions.

  • I'd support a checkbox/option to allow cards to appear that were printed in the selected set(s) but have not edition information specified.

EDIT: added question mark in subject line

You're getting exactly what you requested.  You asked for all cards that were printed in Gatecrash.  If you only want the ones you own from Gatecrash then use the Edition Owned filter instead.

That makes sense.  I don't know how I missed that difference.
