This used to be a deck I had a long time ago.  I just wanted a reminder of it.  Since then I tend to avoid prison decks altogether.

It no longer works correctly due to numerous rule changes over the years.  For example, you used to be able to tap Winter Orb with Icy Manipulator/Relic Barrier so you can untap all your lands on your turn.
I can still tap the Howling Mine so others can't draw, but meh.

The idea was use Winter Orb and things like Icy Manipulator to lock down lands until you had letal "damage" from your artifacts then cast Titania's Song.  Howling Mine got you draws, Enlightened Tutor searched up WHATEVER you needed.

Removal consisted of the ever-amazing Swords to Plowshares and Wrath of God.  Gossamer Chains was a good card too.

Ignore the price tag.
Maybe I could update the deck with things like Static Orb or Storage Matrix.
