Notes

Difficulty: 5/10
Due to the difficult manabase and need for multiple different pieces in hand, this deck is fragile but extremely strong once an early game presence has been established. When to use protection, removal, and go in on effects during main phase (i.e. main phase casting Ajani's Stand in order to push in for damage) help add a number of decision points to provide depth in this deck.

Generally, gameplay will involve getting one or two heroic creatures out, and then buffing them with Ephara's Enlightenment or Ordeal of Thassa or some other evasive aura, and then winning while keeping up protection and backup plans. Hour of Need is a difficult card to use correctly and generally requires some level of valuation of threats.
