Notes

Cryonic, The Ice Prince  2UU

Planeswalker - Cryonic

+1: Tap target creature. It does not untap during its controller's untap step.

-2: Reveal the top five cards of your library. An opponent separates those cards into two piles. Put one pile into your hand, and the other on the bottom of your library.

-6: Tap all creatures you don't control. For the rest of the game, creatures you don't control don't untap during their controller's untap step.

Starting Loyalty = 3

this looks aweful...what is this for? and what is the Cryonic for? did you guys get to invent a card during war league?

by "awful" you mean "awesome", right? Cryonic, the Ice Prince was the planeswalker card I created as the prize for winning a constructed tournament we did. We agreed that the winner could create a planeswalker that, if approved by each other participant, would become a legal card in our future constructed games. It never really came to fruitiib but I invented this deck for him anyway.
