          I didnt see that you had a melira in the deck. but yeah, melira and unlife is an obvious interaction. dont feel that unlife is any good by itself, the combo has to be on the field to be worth it. melira is just plain good tho, even better in this deck

            I still disagree. It gives you 10 life for 3 mana, that's not that bad by itself, it increases your life total by 50%. Plus, it says specifically, damage dealt to you; not life-loss, so it's not strictly 10 more life. For example, Bloodchief ascension will cause me to lose life, but not gain poison counters.

    I feel like including Vines of Vastwood would be good along side Emerge Unscathed in this deck. It basically does the same thing minus the rebound, plus pumps your guy. Groundswell might be good as well.

      i thought about both of those, but vines doesn't make my creature unblockable, and i would have to pay 2 for the pump. I think i'm going to try a few different things, though. If i decide i need counters for removal i will definitely add VoV.
