Not sure how good these cards are in your deck:
leyline of anticipation-you wont be too worried about putting creatures in at the end of turn because you arent heavy in blue. Blue needs this because they weant to leave mana open for counterspells and if they dont use it, they can play a creature. Your creatures are primarily black and green and most of the time you will just play creatures and leave a little mana open for counterspells rather than not playing anything for the turn.
sol ring- 3 colors, makes 2 colorless. See the problem? yes it ramps you a little bit but chromatic lantern is infenately better here
green sun's zenith- in 50/50 on this. It only searches for GREEN creatures and since you will run like 40% green 40% black and 20% blue, its not bad. BUT sometimes you are not going to want a green creature and then this card it a little sucky. Trust me, i run like 60% green and 40% blue creatures and the "only green" part of this has screwed me a couple times.
diabolic tutelage- good because it searches for ANY card and puts it in hand, but is outclassed by Demonic and Vampiric tutor. You will probably end up running this card anyways because having that extra tutor for anything is nice, but if you need to cut a tutor cut this one first.
blue sun's zenith-Not great in your deck. This is literally a win con for me but is super hard to make useful for you. The BBBX cost makes 4 mana a 1 card draw and there are MANY other draw spells that provide more for less. This card is just so good for me becuase making 30 mana is super easy.

Your land base is good and the rest should just be filled in with basics i think. I would Reccomend 8 Forests, 5 Islands, 5 Swamps.
