    Other possibilities:
You could build in tap/untap as a secondary theme with much of what is listed below.
Topplegeist (W 1/1 flying, Enters The Battlefield=tap crtr. Delirium=tap crtr)
Fogwalker (1U 1/3 skulk, ETB=creature opp controls doesn't untap next untap step)
Niblis of the Urn (W1 1/1 flying, attacks=tap target crtr)
Geist of the Archives (2U 0/4 defender, upkeep=scry 1, this is similar to Thassa but a spirit and no unblockable ability)
Lantern Spirit (2U 2/1 flying, U: return to hand)
Niblis of the Breath (2U 2/1 flying, U tap: tap/untap target crtr)
Niblis of the Mist (2U 2/1 flying, ETB=tap target crtr)
Sky Spirit (1WU 2/2 flying, first strike)
Spell Queller (1WU 2/3 flying, flash, ETB=exile spell with CMC<=4, leaves battelfield=spell's controller may cast without paying CMC)
Spectral Shepherd (2W 2/2 flying, 1U: ret spirit u cntrl to hand)
Glorious Anthem (1WW Enchantment. Crtrs u control get +1/+1)
Long-Forgotten Gohie (3 Artifact. Spirit creatuers u control get +1/+1. Arcane spells u cast cost 1 less. Could put some Arcane spells in, some aren't bad)
Shared Triumph (1W Ench. ETB=choose creature type, type gets +1/+1, effects all players but odds are you'll be the only one to benefit)
Invocation of Saint Traft (1WU Enchantment. Enchant creature. Creature attacks=4/4 flying angle that is exiled at end of turn. Highly recommend this for power level and appropriate for theme!!!)
Planar Collapse (1W Enchantment. Beg of upkeep, 4 or more creatues on battlefield = sac Planar Collapse and destroy all creatures, no regen. It's another wipe.)
    Nevinyrral's Disk (another wipe)

I love you but your shorthand system is not easy to follow :-P I'm working on training my eyes/brain to read it...

Planar collapse is probably a no go.  I just checked gatherer and that 4 creatures in play criteria is not a "may" vs when I initiate the sacrifice - I don't like the fact that I wouldn't be able to control when it would go off (and could be to my detriment if I have the right combo of stuff to make lots of spirit/angel tokens).

I like the flavor of the other non-creature things you suggested.  I'm going to look at them and consider trade offs with what I already had.

I don't know how I feel about adding tap/untap as a secondary theme (flavor-wise) vs the more versatile stuff I already had - but I'll look at all the creatures you suggested and think about it.  Which things already in my deck would you advocate removing?  Just the non-spirits?  I do really like Thassa (scry every turn = amazing even if I don't have any good targets for the unblockabe buff) so I think I will choose to keep her.

Disc is a 4-drop - not an option sadly :-(

You would hold Planar Cleansing in your hand until you need a wipe, not cast it and let it sit there (that would be a terrible card). Cast it when you need it like any other wipe, except it goes off on your next upkeep, and hopefully no one disenchants it before then, but it's a cheap 2 cost wipe (in theory).

Topplegeist could be better than Ghost-Lit Redeemer because Topplegeist flies and has the potential to tap something every round in addition to tapping when it enters the battlefield (ETB), but if you think the life gain is more important, than keep it. Often times life gain in small amounts is just a stall tactic that doesn't give you a stronger board presence, up to you though, I feel like you like life gain more than I do, and if you don't like tapping mechanics, then leave Redeemer in.

If you have no good targets for Guardian of Solitude, it's basically a 1/2 vanilla creature for 2 mana, which sucks. With consistenly good targets, it's ok. When you consider there is a good chance that Traft will be on the battlefied at the same time as Guardian, it could be pretty strong since you could make Traft fly over an ground creature that would destory it if blocked.

I'm not a fan of Keening Apparition. Without targets it's a 2/2 for 2, which is better in limited when dueling. With a target, it's ok.

Guiding Spirit and Latch Seeker are just ok.

Tallowisp would be good now that you have a couple "enchant creature" cards, but you only have two, so Tallowisp's usefullness might not be great, especially if you already have one of your enchant creature cards in your hand or on the battlefield. 1W 1/3 Whenever you cast a Spirit or Arcane spell, you may search your library for an Aura card with enchant creature, reveal it, and put it into your hand. If you do, shuffle your library.

These are all just my opinions. Every card you use will be relevant at one time or another, it just may fluctuate in frequency. I feel like one difference in our play style is that you will more often than myself put in situational cards, because you like it when they become relevant. For me, I want more consistency and reliability. Build the deck the way it will be fun for you :)
