Notes

Lethal on average by turn 7 with Stuffy Doll coming out around turn 5 to soak up some damage. The Diabolic Tutors and Ring of Three Wishes (RoTW) are essential. The Pyrohemia is a coup de grace. It usually comes into play with the Pariah's shield for the win. But if it does not, you are usually safe to wait since Stuffy and Pariah shield you from damage and you have enough mana and fetches go after the Pyrohemia. Sun Droplet is a no-brainer. It turns damage into charge counters that can be converted into mana and life while you wait for Stuffy and Pariah. Negates were added to defend artifacts from destruction spells. Dual lands and special lands were added to keep blue mana available for the Negates.
